Asset Tracking Features in TechExcel AssetWise

Company Asset Configuration Configurable asset templates allow tracking of any type of asset. These asset templates are completely customizable and track any asset related information. Used with AssetWise auto-discovery integration, the asset template fields may be automatically populated so no manual data entry is necessary when new assets are discovered.

Asset User, Location, or Inventory assignment Track every company asset and see detailed location, inventory or user information. The service team may associate an incident or problem with assets providing better impact analysis information. Management may view asset locations and usage to aid in risk analysis of a proposed change. AssetWise is secure and privilege controlled and only authorized users may view, edit, or perform asset operations.

AssetWise Mobile Perform inventory operations in the field with AssetWise Mobile and sync changes back to the asset database.
