The company is headed by Kadhema's founder and chairman, Dr. Abdul Rahman S. Al-Muhailan.

Dr.Muhailan has an extensive background in health, environment, education and training. He is a member of the Supreme Council of Petroleum and is a former chairman of the Kuwait Environmental Protection Agency. He earlier held the position as Minister of Health and Director General of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET).

The Information Technology Division is headed by Mr. Hussain Noman. Having an experience of 20 years in IT, he has a thorough knowledge of the Kuwait market.

Our Off-shore development centres in India undertake large turnkey assignments in emerging technology areas like e-Commerce, Wireless, and Web-integration.

KSCS is registered as preferred vendors in major Oil companies and the Ministry of Planning.
